Due to lockdown, labourers from Rajouri adopted illegal means to travel from Kashmir valley to reach home. The video of labourers travelling from Srinagar vir Peer Ki Gali route went viral. The migrant workers can be seen travelling on foot from Srinagar to Rajouri to reach home. They were caught on camera travelling through the snow. Some of the labourers were apprehended by police and sent to a quarantine centre. Sources also indicated that 3 to 4 groups of labourers travelled on the same route some 10 days back.
