The Odisha government has decided to bring back all stranded migrant labourers from Gujarat due to the nationwide lockdown. This comes as a big relief to the workers stuck in Gujarat. Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik discussed the safe passage for Odisha migrant workers with his Gujarat counterpart. The decision was taken after a meeting held via video conferencing on Sunday. A coordination committee comprising 2 senior officers from each state would be formed to chalk out details.
